How to Consign:

1. Make an appointment through our "Book Online" tab (we will use the information via the appointment confirmation to create your consignor portal) **open consignment is currently paused, you must make an appointment to consign**

2. On appointment day bring in your items in a box, bin, or basket (no bags) **DAILY LIMIT: 25 clothing items, 5 pairs of shoes, 5 toys, 10 books, 3 pieces of gear

3. ​Very Important! Please lay your clothing flat and fasten all zippers, buttons, and snaps (please do not put your clothing on hangers), clothing must be FRESHLY washed and free of stains, holes, and extreme wear

4. You will sign the consignor agreement in store at the time of your appointment 

5. Little Oak Collective prices your items based on market value. After 90 days items under $25 in value that do not sell will be donated and items over $25 in value will be organized for optional pickup. We will email you when your items are ready for pickup (if applicable). 

6.  Request a Payout via our Checkbook integration (deposited into your bank account or printed check) by calling 919 917 7180.

   40% on clothes

   50% on toys, books, & gear

   *additional 10% if used as store credit

7. A one-time $20 consignor setup fee will be deducted from your initial earnings and a $1.79 payout transaction fee for every payout

What we accept:

Clothing

-On trend, seasonal, gently used boutique children’s clothing and shoes

-Size preemie to 18 juniors

-Clothing must be clean and laid flat in a basket, tote, or bin (no bags please)

-Snaps, buttons, and zippers fastened

-No holes, tears, rips, stains, or odors

-Brands we do NOT accept: Cat & Jack, Old Navy, Walmart brands, Target brands, department store brands, Carter's (this list is not extensive)

Books & Toys

-Toy brands we love: Lovevery, Grimms, Odin & Parker, Melissa & Doug, Hape, Plan Toys, Montessori & Waldorf inspired toys 

-Plastic toys are accepted on a very limited basis and must have working batteries (if needed)

-Books must be in excellent condition

Gear

-Gear must be 5 years old or newer and pass all recall scans https://www.cpsc.gov/Recalls

-Gear we love: SkipHop, Stokke, Nunna, Mockingbird, UppaBaby, Baby Bjorn, Baby Brezza, Bob Jogging Strollers, Thule, Hatch, Happiest Baby (this list is not extensive) 

-Gear we do NOT accept: linens, nursing pillows
